10 year limited warranty

Warranty against any manufacturing defects, breakages or excessive wear during normal use. This
warranty is limited to the free replacement of defective or broken components, including freight
costs to the relative distributor or end customer. This warranty is only valid for manual straight
sliding door installations where the Helaform products are used in accordance to the
recommended capacity limitations and Helaform assembly instructions. The system must use
exclusively Helaform components. The warranty does not cover fatigue damages caused by
external vibrations, fixing errors or combatibility issues caused by negligent installation. Note
before installing that due to product manufacturing there may occur dimensional variations in
special products’ geometry, such as curve track length, radius of curvature and angle. Final angles
and mounting locations must be checked by the client before mounting the track system.
Accessories containing wearable parts such as decelerators, dampers or polymer spring clips are
restricted for two years warranty.

Tolerance

Our aluminium profiles are manufactured according to EN 755-9 and steel profiles according to EN
10162 tolerance. Other products are developed in accordance to tolerance EN 22768-v.
