AISI 304 PRODUCTS WILL BE REPLACED BY AISI 316 QUALITY PRODUCTS
Series 150 and 300 AISI 304 products will be replaced by AISI 316 quality products. The AISI 316 material quality in heavier series will further improve the opportunities to sell the products for food-, chemical-, and maritime industry needs. After the change, all Helaform stainless steel products will be of AISI 316 quality (Series 100-300, SAGA).
Note that stocks of different materials will overlap for a while; ask for special discounts on AISI 304 products: myynti@helaform.fi or +358 9 388 3033.

SERIES 60 WILL BE DISCONTINUED FROM THE PRODUCT RANGE
Due to low demand and need in recent years, series 60 will be removed from the selection.
This means that the following products are no longer manufactured:
– 11603 track K-60 3m (Al)
– 11620 hanger PP-60
– 11621 hanger PP-60/S
– 11622 hanger PP-60/T
– 11630 bottom guide AO-60/P
– 11632 bottom guide AO-60/L
– 11610 bottom guide track AOK-60 3m (Al)

HANGER MP-150/SAGA, AISI 316 L
The SAGA series MP-150 hanger has been updated. The hanger differs from the previous version in the threads made to the body. The threads on the body allow the Soft close and Syncroduo to be used so that the hanger bolt can be tightened or removed freely. Now the door height adjustment is also possible when using the Soft close.

MP-150/SAGA, AISI 316 L (10140)
LOW HEADROOM PLATE (LHP)
A product improvement was made to the Low headroom Plate (LHP) in cooperation with the customer. Modifications were made to the sizing and adjustment groove of the inner ferrule to minimize installation errors. The external dimension of the product remained the same. This upgrade was made to both the 75 and SAGA series LHP plates.

HANGER KVLP
The KVLP-100 for conveyor systems now has the same frame as the KVLP-150. Only the size of the bearing is different.

BOTTOM GUIDE, FLOOR FIXING AOL-10
The AOL-10 bottom guide, ø 12 mm, has been updated. The improved bottom guide is quieter and more functional thanks to the new nylon roller. In addition, the price for our customers remains the same.
