Yes. The bottom guide screws for most series are only fixed to the surface material of the floor (parquet/laminate, etc.) while the underfloor heating pipes are deeper in the floor. However, you should always ensure that the pipes are not in the way of the screws. For example, electric underfloor heating membranes may be located directly underneath the surface material.
