Can sliding doors be equipped with a lock?

Yes. The lock can be installed on the sliding door if the door moves within the doorframe by installing the counter plate on the end wall/structure, but wall-sliding doors need a frame attached to the wall for the purpose of installing the counter plate. Helaform does not sell locks, so please contact the door manufacturer for more information about different types of locks.
