The new premises will be completed in the summer!
Helaform’s new premises are currently being built in Koivuhaka, Vantaa (Koivulehdontie 13). The move will take place during the summer, and in August we will be at full speed in the new offices.
– The current premises in Heikinlaakso have served us well since 1996, but as the amount of stored products has increased, they have started to become small for us. We looked for a new property for a long time until we found one in a great location in Koivuhaka, Vantaa. It’s great that we will soon be able to move into modern premises that perfectly match our needs, which will enable business growth into the future,” says Helaform CEO Tiia Lahtinen.
– The starting point for the new premises was to almost triple the storage, assembly and packaging facilities and thus strengthen the most comprehensive product availability and fast deliveries in our industry. In addition, we wanted to strengthen our brand by strongly investing in office, social and representation spaces, so that our employees have the pleasure of working there, spending time and proudly welcoming customers. Our purpose is also to create a multi-purpose installation and model area in the new premises, where, in addition to our current products, we can also test customer-tailored product sets in practice, sales director Atloc Moncada says.
In the new building, low energy consumption was achieved with various solutions, such as geothermal heat, energy-efficient IV machines and LED lighting. Concrete elements were chosen as the building material, which can withstand use and time for decades to come.
In terms of location, the premises are excellent, with good transport connections from both Tuusula highway and Ring lll. Helsinki-Vantaa Airport is also only 3 km away.
– Our goal is that the new offices become so-called “Sliding track center”, where you can find everything related to sliding track solutions under one roof. These premises are a wonderful continuation of the work we have worked hard for, to offer our expertise in sliding track solutions to both professionals and do-it-yourselfers. Now we have e.g. a great opportunity to present our products and organize various installation and product trainings for those interested in them. At least the facilities for that are great, says marketing manager Teemu Malva.
