A top-hanging sliding gate is the perfect solution when the gate is required to be high or even particularly wide.
Teknoinfra Ltd. has over 20 years of experience manufacturing fences and gates for thousands of locations. For the Jätkäsaari football field fence, Teknoinfra implemented the sliding gates with Helaform’s 300 series sliding track system.
A total of 8 sliding gates were installed in four openings. In one opening there were 2 approx. 2 meter gates that open in opposite directions on the sides of the opening. The sliding gates were made from extruded aluminum profiles, so they are solidly built, reliable and durable. Diagonal supports ensure the rigidity of the gates. The gates were also painted to match the other color of the fence.
They installed approx. 32 meters Helaform’s 300 series track. KK-300/500 and KKL-300/500 brackets were used to attach the track, which were welded to the horizontal beam from the side. MP-300/500 hangers with 200 mm bolt and the bolt was pulled through the upper beam of the gate frame. AO-24 with 40 mm bearing and long AORA-22/P were chosen as bottom guides.
