Painting line for window frames, Lithuania

Roda optimized its painting line with a Helaform conveyor system.

Based in Kaišiadorys, Lithuania, Roda (UAB Roda) is a long-established window and door manufacturer with over 30 years of industry experience. The company specializes in high-quality wooden and wood-aluminum windows, doors, and sliding doors, manufactured to meet both Scandinavian and European building standards.

Roda already had a Helaform 300-series sliding track system in its production facilities, which is used as a painting line for window frames. To utilize the available space as efficiently as possible, the company wanted to extend the line. Consequently, 18 meters of K-300 track were added to the conveyor system, complete with brackets and track joints. In addition, two custom-made switches were implemented, allowing the direction of items on the line to be changed from one track to another.

The customer was extremely pleased with the result, which made their painting line and product handling even more efficient.
