Stainless steel and acid-proof sliding curtains for extreme conditions

Oil rigs on the North Sea use protective curtains for sound-proofing and for protection from heavy wind. Extreme durability is required from the protective curtains and their systems in marine environments since they have to endure heavy use and different weather conditions. Due to the acid-proof materials, maintenance free use and long life-cycle Helaform’s 100 series acid-proof AISI 316 L grade products were chosen to be used with the durable, sound-proof and diverse protective curtains. Due to our in-house design and manufacturing capabilities, we were able to offer taylor-made hangers for the protective curtains, which were executed with our partner in Norway, Storm Halvorsen.
