Room divider/ sliding door

Amiedu in Pitäjänmäki uses sliding doors in classrooms as room dividers. Sliding doors leave the floor accessible when moving equipments from classroom to classroom. In addition the doorway is larger then if hinge doors were used, which creates a sense of a larger space. Helaform’s series 100 sliding door systems were specified since the door weight did not exceed 120 kilograms.
